You'll start your adventure in Srinagar and drive about 80 km to Sonmarg. The drive takes you through scenic meadows and valleys, offering amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Once you reach Sonmarg, you'll set up camp for the night.
On the second day, you'll begin your trek to Nichnai. The trail takes you through dense pine and fir forests, crossing several streams and waterfalls. Along the way, you'll pass beautiful meadows and small villages. You'll reach Nichnai, which is at an altitude of 3,500 meters, in the afternoon and set up camp for the night.
On day 3, you'll trek to Kishansar Lake, one of the most stunning high-altitude lakes in the region. The trail is steep and challenging, but the views of the valley and surrounding mountains are breathtaking. You'll reach Kishansar Lake, which is at 3,800 meters, in the afternoon. After enjoying some time at Kishansar Lake, you'll continue to Vishansar Lake, another beautiful high-altitude lake nearby. You'll set up camp for the night near Vishansar Lake.
After breakfast, you'll begin your trek to Gadsar Lake. The trail takes you through rocky terrain, crossing several streams and waterfalls. You'll also pass through beautiful meadows and small villages. In the evening, you'll reach Gadsar Lake, which is at an altitude of 3,700 meters, and set up camp for the night near the lake.
On day 5, you'll trek to Satsar, a group of seven small lakes in a beautiful meadow. The trail passes through rocky terrain, crossing a few streams along the way. You'll reach Satsar, which is at an altitude of 3,800 meters, in the afternoon and set up camp for the night near the lakes.
After breakfast, you'll trek to Gangbal, a stunning high-altitude lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks. The trail takes you through meadows and rocky terrain, crossing several streams and waterfalls. You'll reach Gangbal, which is at an altitude of 3,800 meters, in the evening and set up camp for the night near the lake.
On the last day of the trek, you'll hike to Naranag, an ancient temple town at an altitude of 2,100 meters. From Naranag, you'll drive back to Srinagar, marking the end of your trek. Along the way, you'll pass through beautiful meadows, valleys, and small villages.
